Rubbish. Jesus said nothing against car theft, phoning in bomb threats, pirating DVDs, spray painting graffiti, spreading Internet viruses, etc. Yet I know that all of those things are wrong.
Jesus is God. He knew the future and knew that the Internet and car theft would be factors for the future, but he didn't mention them.
