how do I make a tattoo stencil solution?

The easiest way is to just use Green Soap diluted with distilled water. The stencil doesn't last long after application though. The other way is Dettol mixed with distilled water at a 7:1 Water/Dettol concentration. I prefer the latter of the two. The Dettol solution is very difficult to rub off and ensures the stencil remains until the outline is done and, most times, even longer.
