Stainless Steel: The Preferred Strapping Materials of Shipping Companies

Cargo shipping companies use various materials for transporting goods and merchandise. The qualities of the materials being used depend on the size and weight of the cargo to be transported. ...and by regular oatmeal, I guess I mean rolled oatmeal, does anyone have a definition of both? What about the difference nutritionally? Is '' Irish Oatmeal'' the same as steel cut? Quaker is rolled oats right?

The difference is mostly how it's processed. Rolled oats are just that: Rolled between a press wheel system. Steel cut ones are literally cut by stainless steel blades on a big press-like unit. There really is no nutritional difference between the two. Irish Oatmeal is something else entirely(not sure what though). And yes, Quaker Oats are rolled.
