how much does a new bathroom cost if you do some of the work?

I'm looking to put in a cheap bathroom in a finished in carport, but to code-so I'll need a contractor to do some of the work-plumbing/wiring. I saw a toilet at lowes for $79,rv shower on ebay for $150,already have a light fixture,walltile,paint,outletboxes. I was thinking about doing just toilet and shower(no cabinets etc) in bathroom and having the contractor put in drain/water for a free standing stainless steel kitchen sink/countertop from ikea(around $300-its not a huge room-no need for 2 sinks). I can do painting and drywall myself. To deal with the cement floor-my idea is set the shower up a couple inches to allow room for the drain pip to run under and through the wall up against the house into the basement. I guess water lines can be run above in attic and down.
What do you think this will cost in contractors labor and material costs not described.

Don't "guess" what you can do with your plumbing - figure it out with a professional, because this will make or break your project, and if you need to dig into the concrete this will completely change the job. I don't mean to seem unresponsive but you need to start with first things first.
