I Need Tattoo Ideas? Help?

I want a tattoo and one of my best friends neighbors is a Tattoo Artist and iv seen his work and he is really good, and he said he would give me one for 40 bucks, but the thing is that he is moving after this weekend so i need to get it this weekend, and im not sure what i want to get, i was thinking a Japanese symbol of dream on my arm, or like 3 or 4 stars on my hand between my thump and index finger outlined in blue and orange color, or just reg ink. But then im not sure i want something on my hand or on my arm but i want something so i can have one of the rawest tattoos but nothing to big, I want it to have swagg and be fresh so let me know some ideas and by the way im 16 and dont say stuff like you should wait to get one or stupid stuff like that becuz thats not what im asking, im asking for some good tattoo ideas for my arm and hand

I think you should start off with something small and then add on to it. Maybe get like a star on your wrist in the colors blue or orange. Or you could get more than one star.
