Any idea? Pins and needles, skin on fire, appearance of sunburn?

Last night I woke up with my skin burning all over! This morning, I look and feel like I have a sunburn! Skin even turns white for a second after pressing on it? What could this be?
I am not taking anything. I ran out of my high blood pressure pills two weeks ago. I still have what seems to be a sunburn! I feel fine, just ckd my BP and it is a little high. idk....
