Epson DX4200 has full ink but blue/green is coming out pink!?

All cartridges have ink (lots), black and blue are genuine Epson, magenta and yellow are Tesco which work fine. The head cleaning shows no blue lines at all. Have tried head cleaning to no avail.

I do lots of printing in colour and this is new.

Help please if you can.
Yes not a silly question - they are in the correct places. Is it possible one does not have the correct ink in it?
