no. NO tatts ever on the hands. the Army alone considers waivers for Neck tatts. but hands.. must be removed with no evidence there was a tatt before.

al due respect to the retired sailor.. things are VASTLY different now and once ytou are in the standards are different. Initial accessions standards are MUCH stricter than they were even 5 years ago
