How to wrap christmas presents elegantly with the colours silver and blue?

...very specific i know!

I want to wrap my friends presents very extravagantly, there are about 6 different presents all different shapes and sizes.
I have lots of large silver sheer and snowflakes bows and different glitter papers but it all looks too silver! I need some ideas or pictures to make it look more colourful and christmassy (normally i'd use gold and red colours)

Silver and blue is certainly classy. If you want a boutique finish opt fo green and red tissue paper.

I think that you can dual layer the wrapping paper by matching the cut to the shape of the item that you want to wrap. For example for a rectangular box, cut out 2 sheets of rectangular paper then layer depending on what colour you want to be just a line. Experiment with 2 sheets of tissue paper to get the gist.

When you fold, fold in straight lines. For a rectangle avoid the cracker fold, and always cut off excess.
